How to Use Your Results

Each archetype has unique strengths and challenges that influence your financial decisions. After taking the Money Personality Quiz, dive into the top three archetypes that resonate with you. Explore how these traits manifest in your personal and business life and identify areas for growth.

Why Understanding Your Money Personality Matters

Knowing your archetype helps you make better financial decisions and overcome limiting habits. For example:

  • Rulers may need to prioritize self-care to avoid burnout.
  • Nurturers should focus on setting boundaries and charging appropriately for services.
  • Accumulators must learn to take measured risks and reinvest strategically.

The interplay between different archetypes also reveals moments of inner conflict. For example, you might feel torn between the accumulator’s need to save and the maverick’s desire to invest boldly. Awareness of these conflicts helps you manage them effectively.

Hello, hello everyone! Jamie Trull here, your favorite CPA and profit strategist. I am so pumped about what I’m talking about today because this is something that my team has been working on behind the scenes for a while to bring to you: our brand-new Money Personality Quiz!

This quiz will tell you what your money personality is. There are eight different potential archetypes you could fall under. It’s based on Sacred Money Archetypes, which is a framework taught by Kendall SummerHawk. I am a certified coach in this, and I’ve been really excited to bring it to you.

Why Knowing Your Money Personality Matters

Even though I teach business finances and give you tools to price products, plan investments, and pay yourself, I’ve learned that our mindset around money is incredibly important. It’s key to understand both:

  • Your strengths and gifts around money, and
  • Your challenges and patterns that might be holding you back.

Self-awareness is a powerful tool. When you know the behaviors that are helping you and the ones that are getting in your way, you can take steps to improve your financial journey.

I love all personality tests—the Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, you name it! But this one is my favorite because it’s focused specifically on your relationship with money. I found it enlightening when I discovered these archetypes, and I hope you’ll find it just as enlightening.

The Interplay Between Archetypes

You may notice that your top archetypes seem to contradict each other. That’s normal! For example, my top three archetypes are:

  • The Accumulator: Focused on saving and avoiding risk.
  • The Maverick: Thrives on risk and bold moves.
  • The Ruler: Driven to build a successful business.

These archetypes can cause inner conflict—one part of me wants to save everything, while another part wants to take risks and bet it all.

This awareness helps me make more intentional financial decisions by balancing those competing instincts.
